Please understand that this controversy
is not over. Martin Marietta has appealed
Judge Ruehlman's decision to the First
District Court of Appeals but, we are
now in a much better position to prevail
than if we were the group that had to appeal.
On behalf of CABOOM, I want to thank all of you who have contributed time, money, and hope to our cause. A special thanks to the elected officials of Terrace Park, Newtown, and Indian Hill who recognized the wide spread impacts the proposed mining
operation would have and authorized their attorneys to continue to fight
with us to stop the mine.
Team work has brought us to where we are - let's keep it up!
